About

My practice sits at the intersection of philosophy, physics and spirituality, drawn to the idea that we are not solid, fixed things but energy moving through form. Reality is layered and everchanging. My work explores the human form as energy held briefly in shape, a temporary experience of existence. A felt reality, the body as a vessel and consciousness as something that moves through us rather than something we own. The work sits between the individual and the infinite, asking not what we look like but what we are.

Abstracted figures are rendered in inks made personally, by hand in the studio, applied to mixed media surfaces. Each ink pigment is unique, never able to be recreated. This means that every painting is one of a kind, that cannot be recreated. The figure dissolves and reforms as the viewer moves through the room.

I explore the threshold between substance and atmosphere, where presence is felt rather than seen. The work softens architecture, holds light, and changes character with the rhythm of the day. Each piece is designed to live with a space, not simply to hang within it.

These works are intended for interiors where light is part of the design language. Residential commissions, hospitality projects, and considered commercial environments are welcomed.
